Quality Inn Tulsa-Downtown West

Change in management recently and improvements are in the works. We didn't experience much of what has been said here. Our room was worn but clean, and no bugs. The staff was friendly and professional, and they're looking forward to the upcoming improvements. We would be willing to stay here again during next year's annual vacation to see how things are then.

Mel at the front desk was so friendly and helpful that I ended up extending my stay—it really felt like home. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming.

It's not quite clean enough for 5 stars, there are too many spider webs on the balcony and the carpet is pretty old. That is the extent of the bad side, the room was neat with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom and I had a balcony which made the whole stay better. The pool is currently closed (mid May). The fitness room is about average for a hotel in this price range. Breakfast had sufficient options. All in all a good hotel.

Woman at the front desk at 11:00am on August 8th had amazing customer service skills. She made checkout easy and the rooms were extremely clean with a hot shower food close by and a free breakfast. I had to wait for a taxi in the lobby and she was extremely respectful and kind to other customers as well even going out of her way to write down the number for taxis and a travel agency for a man hard of hearing. Thank you for your hospitality I believe her name is Mel.

The young man Destin who was working the night shift was respectful and helpful with my situation. He was able to get me a room to stay at 5am. A resourceful front deskman that made the experience much better.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in downtown Tulsa, and I was pleasantly surprised! I usually stay at Marriott or Hilton properties, so I was skeptical at first, but this stay changed my perspective. I booked the King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub, a spacious shower, and a balcony. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept—everything I needed for a great stay. The highlight was the hospitality, especially from Ms. Mel, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and reassured me about my stay. Yes, the hotel is older, but for the price and amenities, it’s a fantastic deal. I did experience some noise from other guests, but I politely asked them to keep it down, and they were respectful. It felt more like talking to a neighbor at home than dealing with a hotel issue. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely be back if I’m in Tulsa again. Huge thanks to Ms. Mel for her hospitality! If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable stay with great service, I highly recommend the Quality Inn.

These are the friendliest people in the tulsa sandsprings area!!! They have taken care of every need and want and they have been beyond generous in our time of need, located next braums, McDonald's and quick trip but I highly recommend their breakfast, that cook knows how to cook bacon!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I had reserved a room with a hot tub. When we arrived to check in we were greeted by friendly smiles. While checking in I was giving the manager information and when she realized my husband is a truck driver she tried to upgrade us to a room with a balcony but there were none available.
